Agreement

By accessing or using superset.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Superset provides an equation discovery platform that analyzes uploaded datasets to discover underlying mathematical relationships. The Service is provided "as is" for research and analytical purposes.

Your Data

You own your data. Any datasets you upload remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your data, your results, or any equations discovered from your data.

We will never sell, license, or distribute your uploaded data to any external party. Your data is used solely to provide the equation discovery service you requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Discovered Equations

Equations discovered through the Service from your uploaded data belong to you. You are free to publish, patent, or use discovered equations in any way you see fit. We ask only that you cite Superset in academic publications where applicable, as a courtesy.

Pre-loaded example discoveries displayed in our gallery are the work of Superset and are published for educational and demonstration purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data that you do not have the right to use or share
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or experiments
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (including automated scraping, denial-of-service, or abuse of upload endpoints)
• Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the system

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Superset is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

Upload Limits

The Service currently accepts files up to 1 MB in size and 4,000 rows. These limits may change. Anonymous uploads not claimed by an account are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any equations or results produced by the Service. Discovered equations should be independently validated before use in critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

Superset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on discovered equations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your uploaded data will be deleted.
